Ebonylion Takes It All Off

Yes, that’s right! I took it off. Not my clothes but the mask I wore at the hottest New Year’s Eve show in Atlanta. It was a masquerade ball. I wore a beautiful purple, black, and silver butterfly mask with a green sweater dress, ‘it was cold.’ Click the links below to what I wore to the concert. If you made it than you would know. I performed my brand-new song! Lucky Number! It’s available now to listen to and buy at Ebonylionmusic.net I am so excited about this song! So I’ll tell you a secret. Lucky Number is the new name for the song. It was originally called Soulmate 22. It has been called Soulmate 22 so long that every so often it slips out when I talk about the song. The change of the name came about when I recorded it in the studio.
As all my songs start off as acoustic songs first. I then go get them fully fleshed out in the recording studio. Where I add drums, background vocals, and the lead vocal track. After I completed the recording of the song, and it was sent to me by the producer. The incoming email was titled Lucky Number, although I told him the name of the song was Soulmate 22. But Lucky Number seem to fit the song so much better. I think that’s just where the producer’s mind went, and we just went with it too!
